At Dajor Iluminación, we are experts in the manufacture of custom lamps and we are proud to present one of our most impressive projects, made for the Superlocal restaurant in the iconic Port Olímpic in Barcelona. This project has been a creative challenge, combining XXL dimensions, recycled materials and a completely original design.
A unique lamp
The heart of this project has been the creation of a large lamp that becomes the focus of the restaurant’s decoration. The piece, designed by Estudio Antonius, stands out for its structure. A structure composed of three tiers of oval metal rings in matte black finish, on which recycled plastic bottles have been magnetized, a choice that emphasizes the restaurant’s commitment to sustainability.
Inside each ring are bulbs that indirectly and subtly illuminate the space, but thanks to the bottles create an original effect. The first ring measures more than 4 meters in diameter, followed by two smaller rings that hang down creating a staggered effect that attracts the attention of any visitor.
Superlocal: Design and sustainability in harmony
The Superlocal restaurant not only stands out for its gastronomic offer, but also for its focus on sustainability and natural aesthetics. This space is intended for large events and celebrations, which required a lamp that not only illuminates, but is also a decorative centerpiece.
The interior design concept, led by Estudio Antonius, sought to reflect a warm and cozy atmosphere, where wood, plants and the use of materials such as plastic bottles coexist in perfect harmony. This lamp has been the key to achieve that balance, providing an industrial and sustainable touch at the same time.

The manufacturing of this lamp involved a careful design and execution process, from the creation of the metal rings to the implementation of the magnetic system to hold the bottles. Thanks to our experience and resources, we were able to guarantee a unique, original piece with great visual impact.
