Located in Girona, PGA Catalunya Golf & Wellness is much more than a resort. It is a lifestyle based on the harmony of avant-garde design and the integration of architecture in the nature. Designed by Contemporain Studio, Lázaro Rosa-Violán’s studio, from Dajor Lighting Factory we take care of the lighting and the manufacture of custom lamps for this luxurious resort.
From Dajor we made several of the lamps and luminaires of the restaurants located in the Hotel Camiral. In the restaurant 1477, specialized in traditional Girona cuisine, overlooking the gardens, we custom-made a spectacular six-meter-long vintage-style ceiling lamp that illuminates the main dining room tables. With a structure of lattice tubes, lampshades in an aged brass finish and vintage bulbs, this ceiling lamp provides originality and a vintage touch to the avant-garde of architecture.
For another restaurant, the Lounge Bar, with a much more casual and informal character, we custom-made the bar counter lights, two large hanging lamps in the shape of an inverted pot with glass balls that slightly diffuse the light and thus avoid reflections and glare to customers and bartenders.
We also take care of part of the decorative lighting of the SPA, we custom-manufacturing two lantern ceiling lamps with a metallic fabric lattice and a reflector bulb that creates a very pleasant warm lighting ideal for creating environments that invite relaxation and disconnection. .
At Dajor Lighting Factory we also make a ceiling lamp with a black metal structure and fourteen small light fabric shades that each house one light bulb. This elegant luminaire is placed over a small living room, surrounded by bookcases and with armchairs and sofas to relax. The color of the fabric of the lampshades matches the tones of the floors and furniture. To complement the lighting in the reading area, we made another model of hanging lamp with fabric shades, this time using a very fine and semi-transparent fabric that lets the warm light through very well, to invite comfort and relaxation. Finally, we also take care of the lamps and lighting of the hotel rooms and suites: for the bedside tables, we manufacture vintage table lamps with a diabolo lampshade in a black and gold finish, a very elegant and decorative lamp. We also made floor lamps with a fabric shade to match the avant-garde decoration of the rooms.
We complement the lighting with ceiling lamps with a raffia screen embedded in the porches and vintage ceiling lamps with a twelve-sided glass shades illuminating the lobby, restaurants, meeting-rooms and lounges.
