From Dajor Lighting Factory we were in charge of creating the lighting of the Teatre Fortuny. This theater is located in Reus, Tarragona, and opened its doors for the first time on November 16, 1882.
Our job was to create some luminaires for this theater. Among them we found two sconces and a large lamp from the ceiling to the floor of the stairs.
The focus of the project is clearly the ceiling lamp of the stairs, this lamp is reminiscent of a vine that grows from the ceiling and rests on the floor. This product is formed by several brass tubes that make up the body of the luminaire, in addition, under each bulb we find circular structures filled with a pattern that simulates a leaf and is custom made. It generates an elegant and classic feeling that blends perfectly with the interior design of the theater.
The second product we manufactured for this lighting project was a wall lamp called Darey, this same one can be found in our online catalog, this wall lamp has four bulbs covered by a striped glass tube. Not only has that crystal that gives it an elegant touch, but its body in brass finish makes it a wall lamp that draws your attention for its classic style.
The last wall lamp called Eteria is also available on our website and you will find it on the stairs of the theater, with a brass body and a much thinner glass tube than the previous one.
